I need to refund a client... how do I do this?
Before offering a monetary refund, one alternative - if possible - is to assign them a free package or a free session.
However, in order to refund your clients payments, you need to go to the Payments section of your account. You can use the following link to your account's payments page:
On the payments page - you can refund any of your clients' memberships, packages and PAYG sessions.

Note: You will be charged the usual platform rates for the processing of refund transactions.
