The Programming feature allows you to create Programs for sessions.
How to Create a Program?
Step 1: Select the session in the timetable and then select programming
Go to the timetable and select the session you want to add the programming in/for. Once you click on it, you’ll see a session details window and in that window, you’ll see the option for programming just below instructors.
Step 2: Setting the details and exercises
Once in the programming window, you’ll see 2 different options/sections, i) Create and ii) Preview.
In the Create section, you’ll see different options and exercises to set. Set the workout title, set the warm-up exercises, and then you can use/create sections A, B, C, etc. to set the main exercises.
In the Preview, it’s just the preview of the exercise you are about to create.
Step 3: Saving changes/creating program
Once you set every detail in there, just scroll down and at the bottom and you’ll see the option to save/create the program.
