Is it possible to ensure my clients can only book my sessions by using an active service? You can make your sessions only accept services for bookings using the “Services Only” feature. Your clients will only be able to book the class with a service.
How to ensure the sessions accept only services for bookings
Step 1: Opening the details of the session that you want to edit
In the timetable, click/tap on the session that you want to edit, and then a side window will pop up.
Step 2: Finding/Selecting the Edit button
You’ll find the “Edit” button on the left side of that popped-up window, just click/tap on it.
Step 3: Setting the session to “Services Only”
After clicking on the edit button, you’ll have to scroll down a little to find the payment section, you’ll find the option of “Services Only” in there. Select it and then update the settings at the bottom.
Note: If you want to change the settings for only one session then select “This event only” and if you want to make the changes to all of the sessions going forward (Recurring chain) then select “From x Month 20xx forward” and then select update.
