1. What is a LegitFit gift card and how does it work?

A LegitFit gift card lets clients purchase a package for someone else—like a friend or family member. The recipient can then use the gifted package to book into sessions just like any other client.

2. How do I buy a package as a gift?

Each business on LegitFit has a link to their packages. When you visit the package page, you’ll see an option that says “Buy as a gift.” Click that, and you’ll be prompted to enter your details and the recipient’s name and email before completing the purchase.

3. Do I need a LegitFit account to send a gift?

Nope! Both existing users and brand-new customers can send gift cards. If you don’t have a LegitFit account yet, you’ll be able to create one during the checkout process.

4. What happens after I send the gift?

The recipient will get an email with their gifted package.
If they already have a LegitFit account, the package will be added to their profile.
If they’re new, a LegitFit account will be created for them automatically, and the package will be ready to use.

5. Can I gift a package to someone who’s not on LegitFit yet?

Yes, definitely. The system will create a new account for them during the gifting process, so they’ll be ready to book sessions right away.

6. Can I gift a package directly from within LegitFit?

Yes. Whether you’re logged into your LegitFit account or just browsing, once you click “Buy as a gift,” you’ll be brought through the same process. The system handles everything from account creation to package assigning.
