What does “Not Yet Approved” mean beside a client’s name?

What to do when a client reflects as “Not Yet Approved.”

Why Use This Feature?

When you add a client, they are sent an invite to join LegitFit. Until they accept, their account will reflect as Not Yet Approved. This label appears below a client’s name on the client list and helps you quickly see who still needs to complete setup, so you can follow up.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Clients tab in your LegitFit dashboard.

  2. Find the client marked with a Not Yet Approved label.

  3. This means the client has been added to your system but hasn’t accepted the email invite or created their password.

  4. To follow up:

Even if a client’s account is Not Yet Approved, you can still manually add memberships or packages to their account and book them into sessions.

What Happens Next

Once the client accepts the invite and sets their password, the Not Yet Approved label will disappear.

Success Tip

If a client says they didn’t receive the invite, ask them to check their spam or junk folders. You can resend the link anytime to move them along.
