How does priority booking work and how do I set it up?

Why Use This Feature?

Priority booking lets you reward loyal clients or package/membership holders with early access to classes. It encourages commitment and helps you manage demand more fairly across different client groups.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to LegitFit on your desktop browser.
2. Go to Products > Packages or Products > Memberships.
3. Either create a new package/membership or edit an existing one using the pencil icon.
4. Scroll down to the Priority Booking option.
5. Toggle it on.
6. Enter the number of days in advance that clients with this package or membership can book.
7. Save your changes by clicking Edit at the bottom of the page.

Important: Priority booking only works if you have enabled a Booking Window in Settings > System Settings > General Settings.

What Happens Next

Clients with this package or membership will be able to book classes earlier than other clients, based on the number of days you set.
