Why can’t I send a broadcast message or see the broadcast button?
Broadcasts are limited by your plan — and you can only send one per day.
Why Use This Feature?
Broadcast messages let you reach your entire client base with a single email or SMS. However, limits are in place based on your subscription and system rules. Understanding these restrictions helps you troubleshoot issues and plan your communication effectively.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Go to Messages > Direct and look for the Broadcast option.
-
If the Broadcast button is greyed out or locked, it usually means:
-
You’re on a Light or Standard plan, which don’t include Broadcast functionality.
-
You’ve already sent your one daily broadcast — you’ll need to wait until tomorrow.
-
Your client list includes unapproved or incomplete profiles that cannot be messaged.
-
-
To enable broadcasts:
-
Upgrade to a Premium or Ultimate plan.
-
Wait 24 hours if you’ve already used your daily broadcast.
-
Ensure all recipients have valid contact details and are approved in the system.
-
What Happens Next
Once unlocked, you’ll be able to send either an SMS or email broadcast to your full client list or to a selected segment. Remember, you can only send one broadcast per day, so plan carefully.
Success Tip
If you need to reach multiple audiences in a single day, pair a Broadcast with a Community Announcement (in-app only) or send Instant Messages for targeted follow-ups.
