Why Use This Feature?

Your client’s first few days are crucial. A well-timed automated welcome email helps them feel supported, reduces questions, and nudges them toward booking their first session — all while saving you time.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Messages > Automated in your LegitFit dashboard.

  2. Click Create Automated Message.

  3. Set the trigger to When a client is added.

  4. (Optional) Add a filter such as No Active Package to target clients who haven’t purchased a service.

  5. Write your welcome message. Example:

    Subject: Welcome to [Your Business Name] 👋
    Message: “We’re so excited to have you on board! You can now view our timetable and book your first class. Any questions, just hit reply.”

  6. Click Save.

  7. Add a follow-up message for 3–5 days later. Example:

    “Not sure where to start? Try our Intro Package — it’s perfect for beginners [add product link].”

  8. (Optional) Add a second follow-up at 7 days for another touchpoint, such as class tips, a team introduction, or an FAQ link.


What Happens Next

Each new client will automatically receive the welcome email when they are added to your LegitFit system. Follow-up messages will send based on the timing you set. You can track engagement under Sent Messages.
