What timezone should I choose in my account settings?

Why Use This Feature?

Your chosen timezone anchors your entire class schedule. Whether you operate in one location or run virtual sessions with international clients, setting the correct timezone ensures everything runs on time.

LegitFit now also prevents timezone mix-ups: clients booking from a different timezone (e.g. travelling abroad or joining a virtual class) will see both your facility’s time and their own local time. This makes it clear when a session starts, no matter where they are.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to LegitFit via your desktop browser.
  2. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Go to the Account tab.
  4. Scroll to the Timezone dropdown.
  5. Select the timezone where your business is physically based.
  6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

What Happens Next

Your timetable will run on your selected timezone, while clients will automatically see class times adjusted to their local device timezone. When a client is abroad or in a different region, both timezones will display side by side — with a clear message prompting them to double-check times before booking.
