Community Announcements are a direct line to your whole client base. Sharing consistent, helpful, or feel-good content keeps your business top-of-mind and helps clients feel part of something bigger.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Messages > Community and click Create Announcement.

  2. Write a short message (max 500 characters) using clear, friendly language.

  3. Good content ideas include:

    • Event invites (e.g. “Don’t forget our Christmas party this Friday at 7PM!”)

    • Motivational posts (e.g. “You’ve made it through another Monday — we’re proud of you”)

    • Client shout-outs (e.g. “Big congrats to Katie on hitting 100 classes!”)

    • Timetable reminders (e.g. “New class added Wednesday at 6PM — bookings open now”)

    • Staff introductions or business updates

  4. Choose whether to allow comments (great for community-style posts).

  5. Click Send — your message will appear in all clients’ apps.


What Happens Next

Clients will receive a push notification if enabled, or see your update when they next open the app. If comments are allowed, replies can turn a simple post into a visible conversation among your community.
