What happens if I disable a product that still has active members?

Disabling a service hides it from new clients — but it won’t cancel access for current ones.

Why Use This Feature?

You may want to retire an old class, update your service offering, or remove something temporarily. Disabling a service keeps your product list tidy, but it’s important to know how it impacts existing clients and bookings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Products > Memberships / Packages

  2. Find the product you want to disable and click into it.

  3. Select Disable Sales.

  4. Once disabled:

    • The service no longer appears in your booking or timetable setup options.

    • Clients cannot purchase it going forward.

    • Any client with an active membership or package linked to the service can still use it to book sessions.

Those clients will continue to see relevant sessions in the timetable, as long as the session accepts that service.

Once all active uses expire, the service becomes fully inactive.

What Happens Next

The service is hidden from public and internal use for new sessions or purchases, but current clients keep access until their memberships or packages expire.

Success Tip

To restore a disabled service:

  • Go to the Products tab, select either Memberships or Packages, and click the eye icon in the top left corner to view disabled services.

  • Select the service and click Restore.

  • The eye icon is also available in the Accept Services section when creating a session, so you can double-check which disabled services are still accepted for bookings.
