Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to LegitFit on your desktop.

Go to Bookings > Daily View or Agenda View.

Find the session the client was meant to attend.

Click on the session to open the Booking Panel.

Locate the client’s name in the attendee list.

Click the Check In toggle beside their name.
Done — they’ll now appear as checked in on your records.
What Happens Next
The client will be marked as present in your booking records and the check-in log. This also ensures that cancellation or non-attendance fees will not apply to them.
