Step-by-Step Instructions

Check product visibility

Go to the membership/package and click Edit.

Scroll to Who can see this? and confirm the correct setting.

If set to Just Me, the product can only be purchased if you share its direct link with the client.

Confirm payment details

Ensure the client has a valid payment method.

Remind them to complete all steps, including any required bank verification.

Verify client approval

Check that the client’s account is approved. Unapproved accounts can’t make purchases.

Assign manually if needed

From the admin dashboard, you can assign the membership or package directly to the client.
