What does “Resend Request” mean?

Nudge clients who haven’t completed their account setup.

Why Use This Feature?

Sometimes a client doesn’t finish setting up their account — they miss the invite, forget to open it, or just need a reminder. The Resend Request link lets you send them a new activation email in one click, helping you onboard clients faster without creating duplicate profiles.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Clients tab in your LegitFit dashboard.

  2. Look for clients with a status like Not Yet Approved.

  3. If Resend Request appears beside their name, click it.

  4. A new invitation email will be sent to their registered address.

  5. The email contains a link prompting them to create a password and activate their profile.

If the client still cannot log in, send them a reset password link by entering their email at: https://legitfit.com/authenticate/forgot.

What Happens Next

The client receives a new invite email. Once they click the link and finish setup, their status changes to Active, and they’ll gain full access to bookings and services.


Success Tip

If a client says they didn’t receive the invite, double-check their email address is correct and ask them to check their spam folder. You can resend as often as needed.
