What does “accepted services” mean when creating a session?

Control how clients pay — and what type of access they need to book your class.

Why Use This Feature?

Accepted services help you connect the right clients to the right sessions — whether it’s a members-only yoga class, a pay-per-use workshop, or a session that allows cash payments at the door.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Timetable > Add Session or edit an existing session.

  2. Scroll to the Payment section and choose from:

    • None – Clients can book the session for free.

    • Optional – Clients can pay at checkout or arrange to pay separately (e.g. cash or transfer).

    • Require – Clients can either:

      • Pay a set price at checkout (entered in the Price Charged box), or

      • Use one of your accepted services to book.

    • Services Only – Clients must hold one of your active, accepted services to book.

  3. Scroll to the Accept Services section.

  4. Select one or multiple accepted services (or none, if using None, Optional, or Require).

What Happens Next

Only clients who hold one of the selected services will be able to book the session. If a client doesn’t meet the requirement, they’ll either be prompted to purchase a valid service or won’t see the session at all (depending on your visibility settings).

Success Tip

Use Accepted Services to protect higher-value offerings (e.g. premium training blocks) and to simplify check-ins by ensuring only eligible clients can book and attend.
