When you add a client (manually or via bulk upload), they are automatically sent an invite email.

The subject line reads: “Welcome to ’s app powered by LegitFit 🎉, kb-article-module-5"

A short message explaining what the platform is.

A link to download the LegitFit app on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

What Happens Next
After setting up their account, the client will appear as Active in your system. You can now assign services, send messages, and manage their membership like any other user.
