What do staff see when they log in, and how do they switch between profiles?

Staff see only what they need — and can easily switch between roles if they’re also a client.

Why Use This Feature?

LegitFit gives staff a clean, limited view so they can focus on their assigned sessions without accessing sensitive data or settings. If they’re also a client (or manage their own business), they can switch between profiles quickly and easily.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Once added to your account, staff will receive an email invite to set their password.

  2. When they log in via desktop, they’ll see a simplified view including:

    • Their assigned sessions

    • The timetable

    • Basic profile settings

  3. If the staff member is also a client (or has their own LegitFit pro account):

    • They’ll see a profile switcher dropdown in the top-right corner beside their name.

    • From here, they can toggle between:

      • Their staff view

      • Their client view

      • Their own business account (if applicable)

  4. The profile switcher is available only via browser, not in the mobile app.


What Happens Next

Staff will land in the profile they last used when logging in. If they report missing access (e.g. no timetable), they may be in their client view instead of their staff view.

If staff see limited access or missing features, remind them to check which profile they’re in. The dropdown switcher is the key.
