Automated messages let you send the right message at the right time without lifting a finger. Whether it’s a welcome email, a check-in after 14 days of inactivity, or a birthday message, LegitFit takes care of it for you.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Automated messages are created and managed under Messages > Automated.

These messages are email-only — they are not sent via SMS or the LegitFit app.

Clients receive them from noreply@legitfit.com, unless you’re on a branded app plan, in which case they’ll come from noreply@yourbusiness.com.

Each message is triggered by a client action (or inaction), such as being added to the system, not booking for 14 days, or hitting a booking milestone.

Messages are sent automatically once the trigger and filters are matched — no further action required.
What Happens Next
Clients will receive the automated message in their email inbox. You can track whether it was sent and whether it was opened in the Sent Messages table inside each automation.
