Is automated messaging included in my plan, or do I need to upgrade?

Automated messages are available on Standard and above, with more power unlocked on Premium and Ultimate.

Automated messaging saves time, boosts engagement, and keeps your clients connected. Access depends on your subscription level, so understanding what’s included in your plan helps you decide if upgrading is worth it.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Messages > Automated to see if the tab is available to you.

  2. Plan access works as follows:

    • Light Plan: No access to automated messaging.

    • Standard Plan: Access to basic triggers and filters.

    • Premium & Ultimate Plans: Full access to all triggers, filters, and follow-up sequences.

  3. If you see a lock symbol beside a trigger or filter, that feature is only available on Premium or Ultimate.


What Happens Next

If you’re on a plan that supports automations, you can start creating and sending messages immediately. If not, you’ll need to upgrade through your LegitFit dashboard or speak to your account manager.
