Linked child accounts allow you to manage kids’ memberships, bookings, and communications under a parent’s profile. This setup ensures parents stay in control of scheduling, payments, and communications while children can attend classes without needing their own login.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the parent’s client profile.

Click on Parental Controls.

Select Add Child and enter the child’s details (the child must be under 18 years old).
What Happens Next

Any membership or package for the child must be purchased by the parent in the usual way. It will then appear on the parent’s profile.

The parent makes all bookings on behalf of the child and can select which service is being used.

All communications and automations (such as reminders, waivers, or cancellation notices) are sent to the parent’s email address.

Children cannot log in directly to LegitFit.

Parents can have their own memberships while also managing a child account under the same profile.

In some cases, it may make more sense to create the account in the child’s name while using the parent’s contact information and payment details. This can help with reporting or branding needs.
