Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Products > Memberships or Products > Packages on desktop.

  2. Scroll down to the Purchased section.

  3. Use the Filter icon on the right-hand side to sort by membership/package type and status.

  4. Use this filtered data to contact clients about renewals, freezes, or cancellations.
