How do I update my business name in LegitFit?

Why Use This Feature?
The name you enter in your account settings appears on every email and invite sent to your clients. Updating it to your business name helps your studio or gym look more professional, consistent, and trustworthy — especially if you’re growing your brand or running multiple locations.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to LegitFit on your desktop browser.

Click Settings in the bottom-left corner.

Select the Account tab.

In the First Name and Last Name fields, enter your business name:

If your business is called “Flow Fitness”, use:

First Name: Flow

Last Name: Fitness

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
What Happens Next
Your new name will appear on all client-facing communications, including welcome emails, booking confirmations, and reminders. Instead of showing your personal name, clients will see emails from your business — creating a more branded and trustworthy experience.
