Step-by-Step Instructions
- You cannot edit:
- Client’s First Name
- Client’s Last Name
- Client’s Email
- Ask the client to change what is incorrect on their profile.
You can edit: Mobile, Date of Birth, Gender, Pre-Existing Session Count.
What Happens Next

Once the client updates their information, it will automatically reflect in the system.

If the client changes their email, they will receive a verification email from LegitFit. The new email address must be verified before the change is applied.

Their login details are tied to the email address, so they’ll use the new one going forward.
Success Tip
If you entered the wrong email when manually adding a client, delete that profile and create a new one with the correct details. This avoids login or verification issues later.
