How do I update a client’s name or email?

Why Use This Feature?

Keeping client information accurate is essential for smooth communication, payments, and bookings.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. You cannot edit:
    1. Client’s First Name
    2. Client’s Last Name
    3. Client’s Email
  2. Ask the client to change what is incorrect on their profile.

You can edit: Mobile, Date of Birth, Gender, Pre-Existing Session Count.


What Happens Next

  • Once the client updates their information, it will automatically reflect in the system.

  • If the client changes their email, they will receive a verification email from LegitFit. The new email address must be verified before the change is applied.

  • Their login details are tied to the email address, so they’ll use the new one going forward.


Success Tip

If you entered the wrong email when manually adding a client, delete that profile and create a new one with the correct details. This avoids login or verification issues later.
