Why Use This Feature?
Your Public Timetable is a live, branded page where clients can view your class schedule and book directly. Sharing it via a link or embedding it into your website gives your business a polished, accessible experience for both new and existing clients.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to LegitFit via the desktop browser.
- Go to Settings > System Settings
- Scroll to the Public Timetable section.
- You’ll see three key options:
- Preview – lets you view what your public page looks like (not visible to clients unless shared).
- Copy Share Link – creates a public URL you can send to clients via email, WhatsApp, social media, etc.
- Embed Code – gives you a snippet of HTML code to paste on your website (ideal for Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.).
- If you're embedding the timetable:
- Paste the code into the HTML block of your website editor.
- Save and publish your site to make the timetable live.
What Happens Next
Once live, your clients can click the share link or view the embedded timetable directly on your site. The schedule updates in real time, and clients can book instantly — without needing to download the LegitFit app.
