How do I see who’s booked into a session or on the waitlist?

Why Use This Feature?
Knowing who’s attending your sessions helps you prepare, follow up, and optimise your timetable. Waitlist visibility also highlights high-demand classes, making it easier to decide when to open extra spots or add sessions.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to your Timetable and click on the session you want to review.

A session details panel will appear.

In the Bookings section, you’ll see:

All clients currently booked in.

If you click the eye icon, you can also view clients who have cancelled.

If the session is full, a Waitlist tab will appear.

Click to see who is waiting to book.

You can manually add or remove clients from the session if needed.
For a full history, check the session log or export data from your reporting tools.
What Happens Next
Any changes you make update instantly. If a spot opens up, the system will automatically notify clients on the waitlist — booking is then on a first-come, first-served basis.
Success Tip
Use high waitlist numbers as a scheduling signal. If a class is consistently full with overflow, consider adding a second time slot to meet demand.
