How do I make a membership private or limit who can see it?
Choose who sees each plan — from everyone to just a few handpicked clients.
Why Use This Feature?
Not all memberships are meant for everyone. Private or restricted memberships are perfect for VIP tiers, staff-only plans, corporate deals, or test pricing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Go to Products > Memberships.
-
Create a new membership or click to edit an existing one.
-
Scroll to the Visibility section.
-
Choose one of the following options:
-
All Clients – Visible to everyone connected to your account.
-
Individual or Client Group – Only visible to specific individuals or a group you select.
-
Just Me – Hidden from clients unless directly assigned by a staff member.
-
-
Click Save Changes.
Optional Features
-
For private memberships, assign them manually via the client’s profile.
-
You can also share a direct link to a membership (even if it isn’t publicly listed) for specific promotions or pre-launch access.
What Happens Next
Clients will only see the memberships you’ve made available to them. Private memberships remain hidden from public dashboards and booking links unless shared directly.
Success Tip
Use private memberships for beta testing or behind-the-scenes promotions before launching publicly.
