Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Messages > Automated in your LegitFit dashboard.

Click into any automation to view its performance.

Scroll down to the Sent Messages table.

For each message, you’ll see:

The client’s name
-
The date and time the message was sent

Whether it was opened and when

Use this data to identify which messages are underperforming (low open rates) and which are resonating (high open rates).
