How do I know if automated messages were delivered or opened?

Why Use This Feature?
Automated messages are powerful, but only if they’re being seen. LegitFit makes it easy to monitor delivery and open rates so you can tweak your strategy and stay confident your emails are working.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Messages > Automated and click into the message you want to review.

Scroll down to the Sent Messages table.

You’ll see a list of clients the message was sent to, including:

Client name

Date and time sent

Date and time opened (if applicable)

If a client has opened the email, the time will appear in the Opened column.

If no open is shown, the email was either not opened or not tracked (e.g. due to email privacy settings).
What Happens Next
The data updates in real time as clients open your message. You can return at any time to check the status, but you cannot resend or recall an automated email once it has been sent.
Success Tip
If your open rates are low, try adjusting your subject line to be shorter, more direct, or more benefit-focused. Avoid using all caps or overly promotional words that may trigger spam filters.
