How do I delete/disable a service?

Understand how to delete or disable sales of your services.

Why Use This Feature?

When your pricing or offerings change, you may need to remove older services. Disabling or deleting them keeps your account organised and ensures clients only see what’s available.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Products > Memberships or Packages.

  2. Select the membership or package you want to adjust.

    • To stop future sales, click Disable Sales.

      • Active clients will keep access, but new purchases will be blocked.

      • Disabled services are hidden from your view unless you click Show Disabled Membership/Package (found to the left of the search bar).

      • In the timetable, disabled services are hidden under Accepted Services until you click Show Disabled.

    • To permanently delete a service, first ensure there are no active payments. Then click Delete.


What Happens Next

  • Disabled services remain accessible to existing clients but cannot be purchased.

  • Deleted services are removed completely from your account.


Success Tip

If a service still has active payments, bulk switch clients to a new service before deleting it.
