How do I create or edit a session in my timetable?

Add, update, or tweak your group sessions — all from the Timetable.

Why Use This Feature?

Your timetable is the heart of your business — and you need full control over what appears. Whether you're scheduling a new class or editing an existing one, it’s all done from the same easy interface.


Step-by-Step Instructions

To create a new session:

  1. Go to Timetable > Add Session.

  2. Choose the date, time, and location.

  3. Decide if you want the session to be a one-off or a recurring session.

  4. Set your visibility settings, session category, maximum capacity, and accepted services/payment option.

    Optional: assign an instructor, change the colour, or add cancellation/no-show fees.

  5. Click Save Changes — your session now appears on the timetable.

To edit an existing session:

  1. Click on the session directly from your Timetable.

  2. Select Edit Session.

  3. You can edit all core details — including time, capacity, payment settings, and instructor.

  4. If it’s a recurring session, you’ll be asked if you want to edit just this session or the entire series.

  5. If the session is in the past, it cannot be edited — but you can still see the details.

  6. Click Save Changes to confirm.


What Happens Next

Changes made to future sessions will reflect immediately in the timetable. If you update a recurring session, all future sessions in the series (if selected) will be updated as well.

Keep your timetable clean by removing or editing old recurring series if your schedule changes seasonally — this helps avoid confusion for clients and instructors.
