Automated messages help you stay engaged with your clients without needing to remember who is due a nudge. Whether you are welcoming new sign-ups, reactivating inactive clients, or celebrating milestones, automation saves time and boosts retention.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Messages > Automated in your LegitFit dashboard.

Click Create Automated Message to start from scratch, or choose a pre-built template from the dropdown.

Give the message a name (for internal use only).

Choose a trigger (e.g. Client hasn’t booked in 14 days).

Add optional filters (e.g. Has active membership).

Write your email subject and message body. You can use bold, italics, emojis, and line breaks.

Click Create. Your automation is now live and will send automatically based on the trigger.
What Happens Next
Once saved, the automation runs in the background. Clients who meet the criteria will receive the message by email. You can return to this automation at any time to review performance or add follow-up emails.
Success Tip
Start with a simple welcome sequence. Set the trigger to When a client is added, then add follow-ups at 3 days and 7 days to keep new clients engaged.
