How Do I Create a Membership?

Easily set up and manage your memberships to fit your business needs.

Why Use This Feature?

Memberships are the foundation of your client offerings. Setting them up correctly ensures smooth billing, clear client access, and a streamlined booking experience.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. On desktop, go to the Products tab in the left sidebar.

  2. Select Memberships.

  3. To create a new membership:

    • Click Create Membership at the top right.

    • Enter the name, category, and description.

    • Choose the visibility for the membership.

      • If you select Just Me, the membership will not appear for sale publicly. You’ll need to share the purchase link directly with a client.

    • Set the price, billing cycle, and session count.

      • The billing cycle and session usage do not need to match. To set them differently, toggle off Sync Usage Interval to Billing Interval.

      • Example: Bill monthly but issue sessions every 4 weeks (to account for months with different numbers of days).

    • Choose On/Off for:

      • Open Access – allows members to access your facility without booking.

      • Joining Fee – a once-off charge when the membership is purchased.

      • Priority Booking – an additional window of advance booking time for members.

    • Click Create to save.


What Happens Next

Your new membership will be available for clients to purchase. It can be assigned to sessions via the timetable or directly from the service settings.


Success Tip

Review your membership carefully before saving. Once created, you cannot edit the price, billing cycle, or session count.
