How do I control what staff can see or access in my account?

Use staff logins or PinProtect to control visibility and protect sensitive data.

Why Use This Feature?

Not every staff member needs full access to your business settings or financials. LegitFit gives you two simple ways to manage access — without needing a complex permissions system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Option 1: Use Staff Logins (Recommended)

  1. Add each team member via the Staff tab with their email.

  2. Staff logins:

    • Can only see sessions in the timetable.

    • Cannot access settings, financial data, or the Staff tab.

  3. This is the cleanest and safest way to manage team visibility.

Option 2: Use Shared Login + Pin Protect

  1. If your team shares a login, go to Settings > Pin Protect.

  2. Enable PINs for any sections you want to restrict:

    • Payments

    • Settings

    • Clients

    • Staff

  3. Only users who know the PIN can unlock these sections.

  4. Ideal for small businesses who prefer a single admin login but want to limit visibility.

What Happens Next

Once Pin Protect is enabled, any protected section will prompt for a PIN when accessed. Staff logins, meanwhile, automatically limit access to only timetabled sessions and personal settings.

Success Tip
