Charge a client a specific amount from their profile.

Why Use This Feature?

Charging a client directly from their profile is useful when you need to apply ad-hoc charges outside of memberships, packages, or standard bookings. It gives you flexibility to handle one-off payments quickly and securely.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Clients tab and click into the relevant client’s profile.

  2. Select the Charge button in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose the card you want to charge, then enter the amount and a description.

  4. Click Charge Customer to complete the transaction.


What Happens Next

The client is charged immediately. They’ll receive a receipt by email, and the charge will appear in your Payment Reports.

Use this feature for ad-hoc charges only — not as a replacement for memberships or packages. This keeps your reporting accurate and makes it easier to track recurring revenue separately from one-off payments.
