How do I change my account settings in LegitFit?

Update your business name, contact details, timezone, and more in just a few clicks.

Why Use This Feature?

Keeping your account details up to date ensures your clients see the correct information in emails, class bookings, and public pages. Whether you’ve changed address, updated your logo, or just want to fine-tune how your business is presented, you’re in control of it all.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to LegitFit via your browser (account settings are not editable in the app).

  2. Click Settings in the bottom-left navigation.

  3. You’ll land on the Account tab.

  4. Here, you can edit:

    • Business Name

    • Profile Picture

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Website

    • Location

    • Timezone

    • SMS Sender Name

    • Zoom Meeting URL

    • Access Control Timing

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes to apply your updates.


What Happens Next

Your updates will be reflected immediately across all relevant parts of your account, including what your clients see in emails and the app. Email changes will trigger a verification email to both your old and new addresses.


Success Tip

Always click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. If you close the window or navigate away first, your updates won’t be applied.
