How do I assign a membership or package to a client?
Manually assign memberships or packages to clients in different ways.
Why Use This Feature?
Sometimes it’s easier to assign memberships or packages directly to a client — for example, if you’ve taken cash or you don’t want to charge them at all. If the client has a payment method saved, you can also assign products using that method.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to the Memberships & Packages section.

Select the product you want to assign and click Assign to Client.

Search for the client, or add a new one by clicking the + button.

Choose the method of assignment:

Card

Direct Debit (if enabled)

Cash

Assign for Free

Follow the rules for each method:

Card – Charges the card on file. You can add a new card by entering card details.

If confirmed immediately, the client will need to verify the payment with their bank.

For memberships, you can choose a future start date. If selected, the client won’t need to verify, and the membership becomes available one billing cycle earlier.

Example: If you set 1 July as the start date for a monthly membership, it will be available from 1 June.

Direct Debit – Only available if enabled.

Cash – Available for packages only. For memberships paid in cash, assign it for free and collect payment manually each cycle. Package cash payments appear in the Payments Report.

Package: lasts for the full package duration.

Membership: assigned indefinitely at no charge.

Click Confirm to complete the assignment.
What Happens Next
The client will immediately have access to the assigned membership or package and can use it to book sessions based on its rules.
