How do I add staff to my account, and can I add someone who is already a client?
Add one or many staff members — even if they’re already a client — and give them access to what they need.
Why Use This Feature?
Adding staff accounts helps your team view their schedule, manage client sessions, and track performance. LegitFit makes it simple — and you can even use the same email for both staff and client roles.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the Staff tab in your LegitFit dashboard.

Click + New Staff.

Fill in the staff member’s details:

First name

Last name
-
Email address (required for login access)

(Optional) phone number, gender, date of birth

Click Save — the staff member will now be added.

If the person already exists as a client:

LegitFit will create a dual-role profile with the same email.

They can switch between staff and client views via a dropdown on desktop.

To add multiple staff at once, use the Bulk Upload option in the same tab.
What Happens Next
Staff will receive an email invite to set their password. Once logged in, they’ll only see what’s relevant to them (e.g. their timetable sessions, not admin or finance sections).
Success Tip
If someone is already in the system as a client, just use the same email. LegitFit will automatically guide them to switch between roles as needed.
