How do I add a new client to my account?
Adding clients manually can make the transition smoother as you create their account for them.
Why Use This Feature?
By manually adding a client, you create an account for them on your system. This is a quick way to get a client onto the platform without them having to sign up themselves.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the Clients tab on your LegitFit profile.

Click Add Client.

Enter the client’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address (required).

Optional fields: Phone Number, Date of Birth, Gender.

Click Save.

The client’s profile will show as Not Approved until they accept the invite.
What Happens Next
Your client will appear in your client list immediately. The client will receive an email inviting them to join your business on LegitFit. Once they click the link, set a password, and activate their profile, they can log in via the mobile app.
After they accept the invite, you’ll be able to assign memberships, send messages, book them into sessions, and take payments directly from their profile.
Success Tip
No email = no invite. Make sure you collect a valid email before adding someone, as an account cannot be created without one.
