How do I add a membership to specific sessions, events, or services?

Control who gets access to which classes — based on their plan.

Why Use This Feature?

Tying a membership to particular sessions allows you to reserve spots for certain clients, manage tiered access, and protect high-value services from general use.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Option 1 – From the Session Settings

  1. Go to Timetable on your desktop dashboard.

  2. Click into an existing session or create a new one.

  3. Scroll to the Accepted Services section.

  4. Use the dropdown to select which memberships (or packages) are accepted for this session.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Option 2 – From the Membership Panel

  1. Go to Products > Memberships.

  2. Click into the membership you want to configure.

  3. Use the Accepted Services icon to select which sessions, classes, or events the membership can be used for.

  4. Click Save Changes.


What Happens Next

Only clients with the selected membership(s) will be able to book those linked sessions. Others will be blocked or prompted to purchase a suitable plan first.


Success Tip

This feature is especially useful for premium offerings such as small group PT, reformer Pilates, or advanced courses. It ensures only qualified or subscribed clients can book in.
