  2. Click Create Automated Message.

  3. Set the trigger to Client hasn’t booked in 7 days or 14 days, depending on your approach.

  4. Optional: add a filter such as Has active membership to focus on paying clients.

  5. Write a helpful, encouraging message. Example:

    Subject: We miss you at [Your Business Name]

    Message: “We haven’t seen you in a while. Your next session is waiting – log in now to book your spot.”

  6. Click Save Changes.

  7. Add a follow-up message 3–5 days later to offer support or a second reminder. Example:

    “Need help choosing a class? Let us know, or head to the timetable to book.”


What Happens Next

LegitFit automatically checks for clients who match the inactivity trigger and sends your message by email. You can track deliveries and opens under Sent messages.
