How can I filter all clients by status?

Why Use This Feature?
Filtering the whole client list at once helps you take action more efficiently — whether you need to follow up on invites, check compliance forms, or view only clients with contact details saved.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the Clients tab in your LegitFit dashboard.

At the top of the client list, click the Filter by Status dropdown.

Choose from the following:

Approved – the client has accepted your connection invitation.
-
Not Approved – the client has not accepted your connection invite (you can resend it from their client tab).

Phone Number – shows clients who have phone numbers attached to their profile.

PAR-Q Completed – the PAR-Q has been completed.

PAR-Q Not Completed – the PAR-Q has not been completed.

PAR-Q Outdated – the PAR-Q has changed and the client needs to update their responses.

The client list will update based on your selection.
What Happens Next
Your filtered client view will display only those that match the selected status, making it easier to take bulk actions or follow up individually.
Success Tip
Use the Not Approved filter to quickly identify clients who haven’t accepted your invite. Resend the invitation and remind them to check their spam folder.
