Do I need an email to create a client account?
Every client needs an email address to have an account.
Why Use This Feature?
Every LegitFit client needs a unique email address. It’s how we send invites, verify identity, enable bookings, and deliver receipts or messages. Without an email, a client can’t log in or activate their account, so it’s always required when adding someone new.
Step-by-Step Instructions

When adding a client manually, make sure you enter a valid email address. This field is required to create an account.

There are two other required fields to create an account: First Name and Last Name.
What Happens Next
Without an email, the client profile cannot be created. The system will display an error. Once a valid email is entered, the client will receive an invite to set their password and log in.
Success Tip
If you’re working with clients who don’t use email regularly, you can still manage their account manually — but you will still need an email address to create the profile.
As a last resort, you can generate a temporary email using temp-mail.org. This provides a disposable email address that allows you to create the account and accept the invite. We only suggest using this method if there is no other option.
