Can staff switch between roles on the app, or is it browser-only?
Staff can only switch between profiles on the desktop version of LegitFit.
Why Use This Feature?
Many staff are also clients — or they manage their own business while working for someone else. Switching roles is simple on desktop, but not supported in the app. Knowing this avoids confusion and reduces support queries.
Step-by-Step Instructions

To switch between roles (client, staff, or pro account), staff must log in to LegitFit via a browser — not the app.

Once logged in, they’ll see a dropdown in the top-right corner next to their name.

From this dropdown, they can switch between:

Client account

Staff account

Business account (if applicable)

This feature is not available in the mobile app, so a desktop or laptop is required for switching roles.
What Happens Next
After switching, LegitFit will load the relevant dashboard for that profile type. Each login session remembers the last profile used, so switching back requires selecting the dropdown again.
