Step-by-Step Instructions

Clients can log into their LegitFit account:

On browser: go to Messages > Direct.

On mobile app: go to the Messaging tab.

They can select your business and type a message to start a private conversation.

You’ll receive their message in your Messages > Direct inbox on your LegitFit dashboard.

You can reply immediately or return later — the thread will remain saved.

You can also start the conversation yourself by selecting a client and sending them a message.
What Happens Next
Whether the conversation begins with you or the client, all replies stay in the same thread. Messages are visible both in-browser and in the mobile app.
