Yes — instant messaging works both ways, and clients can start the conversation too.

Why Use This Feature?

Instant messages aren’t just for admin use — clients can reach out to you as well. Whether they have a question, need help booking, or want to confirm details, instant messaging creates a more personal connection and faster support experience.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Clients can log into their LegitFit account:

    • On browser: go to Messages > Direct.

    • On mobile app: go to the Messaging tab.

  2. They can select your business and type a message to start a private conversation.

  3. You’ll receive their message in your Messages > Direct inbox on your LegitFit dashboard.

  4. You can reply immediately or return later — the thread will remain saved.

  5. You can also start the conversation yourself by selecting a client and sending them a message.


What Happens Next

Whether the conversation begins with you or the client, all replies stay in the same thread. Messages are visible both in-browser and in the mobile app.
