Can I restrict who can see or purchase a membership or package?

Manage who can find and buy your memberships and packages with custom visibility settings.

Why Use This Feature?

Visibility restrictions let you tailor your offerings to different client groups, run exclusive promotions, or hide legacy products from new clients. This keeps your sales process focused and your product list tidy.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Products and select either Memberships or Packages.

  2. Select the membership or package you want to update.

  3. Scroll to the section Who Can See This Service?

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • All Clients – Visible to anyone connected with your profile.

    • Individual Clients or Client Group – Only visible to selected clients or groups.

    • Just Me – Hidden from all clients. You can still assign it directly to a client’s profile or share its unique link.

  5. Click Edit to save your changes.


What Happens Next

Based on the visibility option you set, clients will either see the product, have exclusive access, or be unable to purchase it unless you assign or share it directly.


Success Tip

If you want to limit product sales, adjust the visibility setting once a set number of clients have purchased. For early-access offers, set visibility to Just Me and share the unique link with selected clients before making it public.
