Why Use This Feature?
Automated messages are powerful, but once they’re triggered and delivered, they can’t be undone. Double-check your content and conditions before going live to avoid errors.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Messages > Automated.

If a message has already been triggered and delivered, it cannot be recalled or deleted.

To stop it from sending to more clients in the future:

Click into the message.

Click Edit.

Either delete the message or update the trigger/filter conditions.

You can also delete follow-up emails in a sequence if they haven’t yet been sent.
What Happens Next
If a message has already been sent, it will remain in the client’s inbox. You’ll still see it listed under the Sent Messages table for that automation, along with its open status.
Success Tip
Always use the Preview feature before saving your automation. If you’re unsure, test the content first with a Broadcast message or use a soft filter such as Has active package before rolling it out more widely.
