Can I personalise or customise automated messages?

You can format your message, but personalisation fields like client names aren’t supported (yet).

Why Use This Feature?

Automated messages save time, but that doesn’t mean they have to feel robotic. With LegitFit, you can still make them feel human by using tone, formatting, and smart targeting — even though dynamic fields like first names aren’t currently supported.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Messages > Automated and create or edit a message.

  2. In the Subject and Message Body, you can use:

    • Bold and italics

    • Emojis

    • Line breaks and formatting for readability

  3. You cannot insert personalised tokens such as the client’s name (e.g. [First Name]) at this time.

  4. Preview your message formatting before saving.

  5. To keep it personal, write in a warm, conversational voice — as though you’re speaking directly to the client.


What Happens Next

Your message will be delivered via email exactly as you wrote it, including any formatting and emojis.


Success Tip

Make it feel personal without needing personalisation. Phrases like “We’re so glad to have you with us” or “Haven’t seen you in a while — ready to jump back in?” keep your messages warm and human.
