Can I manually book or block-book clients into a session?
Yes — you can book one or many clients into sessions, including in the past.
Why Use This Feature?
Manual bookings give you flexibility when clients can’t book themselves, and block booking helps with course enrolment, bulk admin, or onboarding a new group — without repetitive clicks.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Timetable and click on the session you want to manage.

In the session details panel, click Add Client to This Session.

Search for the client’s name and confirm the booking.

Options: book them for free, process a pay-as-you-go payment, or apply one of their active services.

To block-book a client:

Select the session.

Click Add Client to This Session.

Toggle on Book Future Events and select the days and duration for the block booking.

To book a past session:

Find the session date in the timetable and click into it.

Add the client as above — they will be marked as Attended automatically.

If you cannot access block booking:

It may be restricted by your plan tier (not available on Lite or Standard).

What Happens Next
The client(s) will appear in the session’s booking list. The system will deduct any applicable usage from their membership/package if selected. Their attendance will also appear in the client timeline and reporting.
