Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Products > Memberships.

Create a new membership or edit an existing one.

Scroll to the Open Access toggle.

Switch it on.

Click Save Changes.
When enabled, members can enter via QR code scanning without needing to reserve a class or appointment.
What Happens Next
Clients with open access enabled will be recognised at the scanner and allowed entry without booking. Attendance is logged automatically, but no class reservation is required.
