Can I change my business address or contact info later?

Yes — you can update your details anytime as your business grows or evolves.

Why Use This Feature?

Your business isn’t static — and LegitFit isn’t either. Whether you’ve opened a new studio, set up a dedicated business email, or want to refresh your SMS sender name, you can update all of your core account details easily in just a few clicks.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to LegitFit on your desktop browser.

  2. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Open the Account tab.

  4. Edit any of the following fields as needed:

    • Business Location

    • Phone Number

    • Email Address

    • Website

    • SMS Sender Name

  5. After making changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

To update your email address:

LegitFit will send a confirmation to the new email address.
A security alert will also be sent to the old email address.
All other users on the account will be logged out for security and will need to log back in.


What Happens Next

Your updates take effect immediately. If you changed your email, it will now be the login email for your LegitFit account and the primary contact for system messages.


Success Tip

When updating your email, use a shared business address (like info@yourgym.com) if multiple staff need to access system emails — and make sure it’s one you check regularly!
